Dʰaahaa. ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਖਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਿਆ ਨਦੀ ਦਾ ਉਚਾ ਕੰਢਾ। raised bank of stream which has come up due to erosion of soil by water current.

ਫਰੀਦਾ ਮਉਤੈ ਦਾ ਬੰਨਾ ਏਵੈ ਦਿਸੈ ਜਿਉ ਦਰੀਆਵੈ ਢਾਹਾ ॥ Salok 14, 98:1 (P: 1383).
