Saarang, Fifth Mehl: ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਬਚਨਿ ਏਹੀ ਸੁਖੁ ਚਾਹਤ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦਰਸੁ ਦੇਖਹਿ ਕਬ ਆਖੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ मनि तनि बचनि एही सुखु चाहत प्रभ दरसु देखहि कब आखी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Man ṫan bachan éhee sukʰ chaahaṫ parabʰ ḋaras ḋékʰėh kab aakʰee. ||1|| rahaa▫o. In thought, word and deed, they long for this peace, to gaze with their eyes upon the Blessed Vision of God’s Darshan. ||1||Pause|| ਤੂ ਬੇਅੰਤੁ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਗਤਿ ਤੇਰੀ ਜਾਇ ਨ ਲਾਖੀ ॥ तू बेअंतु पारब्रहम सुआमी गति तेरी जाइ न लाखी ॥ Ṫoo bé▫anṫ paarbarahm su▫aamee gaṫ ṫéree jaa▫é na laakʰee. You are Endless, O God, my Supreme Lord and Master; Your state cannot be known. ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਮਨੁ ਬੇਧਿਆ ਕਰਿ ਸਰਬਸੁ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਰਾਖੀ ॥੧॥ चरन कमल प्रीति मनु बेधिआ करि सरबसु अंतरि राखी ॥१॥ Charan kamal pareeṫ man béḋʰi▫aa kar sarbas anṫar raakʰee. ||1|| My mind is pierced through by the Love of Your Lotus Feet; this is everything to me - I enshrine it deep within my being. ||1|| ਬੇਦ ਪੁਰਾਨ ਸਿਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਜਨ ਇਹ ਬਾਣੀ ਰਸਨਾ ਭਾਖੀ ॥ बेद पुरान सिम्रिति साधू जन इह बाणी रसना भाखी ॥ Béḋ puraan simriṫ saaḋʰoo jan ih baṇee rasnaa bʰaakʰee. In the Vedas, the Puranas and the Smritis, the humble and the Holy chant this Bani with their tongues. ਜਪਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਿਸਤਰੀਐ ਹੋਰੁ ਦੁਤੀਆ ਬਿਰਥੀ ਸਾਖੀ ॥੨॥੯੮॥੧੨੧॥ जपि राम नामु नानक निसतरीऐ होरु दुतीआ बिरथी साखी ॥२॥९८॥१२१॥ Jap raam naam Naanak nisṫaree▫æ hor ḋuṫee▫aa birṫʰee saakʰee. ||2||98||121|| Chanting the Lord’s Name, O Nanak!
