ਅਰੜਾਵੈ ਬਿਲਲਾਵੈ ਨਿੰਦਕੁ ॥ अरड़ावै बिललावै निंदकु ॥ Arṛaavæ billaavæ ninḋak. The slanderer cries out and bewails. ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਪਰਮੇਸਰੁ ਬਿਸਰਿਆ ਅਪਣਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਪਾਵੈ ਨਿੰਦਕੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ पारब्रहमु परमेसरु बिसरिआ अपणा कीता पावै निंदकु ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ Paarbarahm parmésar bisri▫aa apṇaa keeṫaa paavæ ninḋak. ||1|| rahaa▫o. He has forgotten the Supreme Lord, the Transcendent Lord; the slanderer reaps the rewards of his own actions. ||1||Pause|| ਆਸਾ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ आसा महला ५ ॥ Aasaa mėhlaa 5. Aasaa, Fifth Mehl: ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਉਸ ਕਾ ਸੰਗੀ ਹੋਵੈ ਨਾਲੇ ਲਏ ਸਿਧਾਵੈ ॥ जे कोई उस का संगी होवै नाले लए सिधावै ॥ Jé ko▫ee us kaa sangee hovæ naalé la▫é siḋʰaavæ. If someone is his companion, then he shall be taken along with him. ਅਣਹੋਦਾ ਅਜਗਰੁ ਭਾਰੁ ਉਠਾਏ ਨਿੰਦਕੁ ਅਗਨੀ ਮਾਹਿ ਜਲਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ अणहोदा अजगरु भारु उठाए निंदकु अगनी माहि जलावै ॥१॥ Aṇhoḋaa ajgar bʰaar utʰaa▫é ninḋak agnee maahi jalaavæ. ||1|| Like the dragon, the slanderer carries his huge, useless loads, and burns in his own fire. ||1|| ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਕੈ ਦੁਆਰੈ ਜਿ ਹੋਇ ਬਿਤੀਤੈ ਸੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਆਖਿ ਸੁਣਾਵੈ ॥ परमेसर कै दुआरै जि होइ बितीतै सु नानकु आखि सुणावै ॥ Parmésar kæ ḋu▫aaræ jė ho▫é biṫeeṫæ so Naanak aakʰ suṇaavæ. Nanak proclaims and announces what happens at the Door of the Transcendent Lord. ਭਗਤ ਜਨਾ ਕਉ ਸਦਾ ਅਨੰਦੁ ਹੈ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਰਤਨੁ ਗਾਇ ਬਿਗਸਾਵੈ ॥੨॥੧੦॥ भगत जना कउ सदा अनंदु है हरि कीरतनु गाइ बिगसावै ॥२॥१०॥ Bʰagaṫ janaa ka▫o saḋaa anand hæ har keerṫan gaa▫é bigsaavæ. ||2||10|| The humble devotees of the Lord are forever in bliss; singing the Kirtan of the Lord’s Praises, they blossom forth. ||2||10||
