ਸੂਖ ਮਹਲ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਊਚ ਦੁਆਰੇ ॥ सूख महल जा के ऊच दुआरे ॥ Sookʰ mahal jaa ké ooch ḋu▫aaré. His Mansions are so comfortable, and His gates are so lofty. ਤਾ ਮਹਿ ਵਾਸਹਿ ਭਗਤ ਪਿਆਰੇ ॥੧॥ ता महि वासहि भगत पिआरे ॥१॥ Ṫaa mėh vaasėh bʰagaṫ pi▫aaré. ||1|| Within them, His beloved devotees dwell. ||1|| ਸਹਜ ਕਥਾ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੀ ਅਤਿ ਮੀਠੀ ॥ सहज कथा प्रभ की अति मीठी ॥ Sahj kaṫʰaa parabʰ kee aṫ meetʰee. The Natural Speech of God is so very sweet. ਸੂਹੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ सूही महला ५ ॥ Soohee mėhlaa 5. Soohee, Fifth Mehl: ਵਿਰਲੈ ਕਾਹੂ ਨੇਤ੍ਰਹੁ ਡੀਠੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ विरलै काहू नेत्रहु डीठी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ virlæ kaahoo néṫarahu deetʰee. ||1|| rahaa▫o. How rare is that person, who sees it with his eyes. ||1||Pause|| ਤਹ ਗੀਤ ਨਾਦ ਅਖਾਰੇ ਸੰਗਾ ॥ तह गीत नाद अखारे संगा ॥ Ṫah geeṫ naaḋ akʰaaré sangaa. There, in the arena of the congregation, the divine music of the Naad, the sound current, is sung. ਊਹਾ ਸੰਤ ਕਰਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗਾ ॥੨॥ ऊहा संत करहि हरि रंगा ॥२॥ Oohaa sanṫ karahi har rangaa. ||2|| There, the Saints celebrate with their Lord. ||2|| ਤਹ ਮਰਣੁ ਨ ਜੀਵਣੁ ਸੋਗੁ ਨ ਹਰਖਾ ॥ तह मरणु न जीवणु सोगु न हरखा ॥ Ṫah maraṇ na jeevaṇ sog na harkʰaa. Neither birth nor death is there, neither pain nor pleasure. ਸਾਚ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਵਰਖਾ ॥੩॥ साच नाम की अमृत वरखा ॥३॥ Saach naam kee amriṫ varkʰaa. ||3|| The Ambrosial Nectar of the True Name rains down there. ||3|| ਗੁਹਜ ਕਥਾ ਇਹ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਜਾਣੀ ॥ गुहज कथा इह गुर ते जाणी ॥ Guhaj kaṫʰaa ih gur ṫé jaaṇee. From the Guru, I have come to know the mystery of this speech. ਨਾਨਕੁ ਬੋਲੈ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਬਾਣੀ ॥੪॥੬॥੧੨॥ नानकु बोलै हरि हरि बाणी ॥४॥६॥१२॥ Naanak bolæ har har baṇee. ||4||6||12|| Nanak speaks the Bani of the Lord, Har, Har. ||4||6||12|| ਜਾ ਕੈ ਦਰਸਿ ਪਾਪ ਕੋਟਿ ਉਤਾਰੇ ॥ जा कै दरसि पाप कोटि उतारे ॥ Jaa kæ ḋaras paap kot uṫaaré. By the Blessed Vision of their Darshan, millions of sins are erased.
