Vīcẖār (u). 1. ਖਿਆਲ, ਗਲ, ਮਤਿ, ਗਿਆਨ। thought. “ਧੰਧੈ ਧਾਵਤ ਜਗੁ ਬਾਧਿਆ ਨਾ ਬੂਝੈ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ॥” ਮਾਰੂ ੧, ਅਸ ੨, ੭:੧ (੧੦੧੦) “ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਕਵਣ ਕਹਾ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ॥” (ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਾਂ) ਜਪੁ ੧੬:੨੨ (3). 2. ਵਿਵੇਚਨ, ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ। to delebrate. “ਗਾਵੈ ਕੋ ਵਿਦਿਆ ਵਿਖਮੁ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ॥” ਜਪੁ ੩:੪ (2) “ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਚੁ ਕਹੈ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ॥” ਆਸਾ ੩, ਅਸ ੨੪, ੮:੧ (੪੨੩) “ਵਾਹੁ ਵਾਹੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੁਜਾਣੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ॥” (ਆਤਮ, ਗਿਆਨ) ਸਲੋ ੪, ੨:੫ (੧੪੨੧). 3. ਅਨੁਮਾਨ, ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ। guess, estimate. “ਕੇਤਿਆ ਗਣਤ ਨਹੀ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ॥” ਜਪੁ ੨੫:੪ (5). 4. ਵਿਚਾਰਵਾਨ। thinker, delebrator. “ਆਚਾਰਾ ਵੀਚਾਰੁ ਸਰੀਰਿ ॥” ਧਨਾ ੧, ਅਸ ੨, ੭:੧ (੬੮੬).
