7. | | Make your mind the farmer, good deeds the farm, modesty the water, and your body the field. |
8. | | Making the effort, the mind becomes pure; in this dance, the self is silenced. |
9. | | Mankind is afflicted with the disease of egotism. |

103. | | My hopes and desires have been fulfilled, O my Lord. |
104. | | My hopes and desires rest in You, O my Husband Lord; like the rainbird, I long for the rain-drop. |
105. | | My Husband is the One; there is no other like Him. |
106. | | My inner being is filled with love for my Beloved Husband Lord. How can I live without Him? |

118. | | My mind and body are filled with love for my Inaccessible Lord and Master. Each and every instant, I am filled with immense faith and devotion. |

121. | | My mind has become detached from the world; it longs to see the Vision of God's Darshan. |
122. | | My mind has become sad and depressed; how can I see God, the Great Giver? |

144. | | My mind wanders through the dense forest. |
145. | | My mind worships and adores the Lord's Name, through the Guru, and the Word of the Guru's Shabad. |
146. | | My mind yearns for the Blessed Vision of the Lord's Darshan. |
147. | | My mind yearns so deeply for the Blessed Vision of the Lord's Darshan, like the thirsty man without water. ||1|| |
148. | | My mind yearns to behold the Lord in meditation. |
149. | | My One Lord is the Inner-Knower, the Searcher of hearts. |

152. | | My playful friends have gone to sleep in the graveyard. |

154. | | My sufferings have come to an end, and all diseases have been eradicated. |

157. | | My tongue sings the Praises of the Lord of the world, the ocean of virtue. |
158. | | My True Guru is my Savior and Protector. |
159. | | My True Guru is totally independent. |
160. | | My True Guru protects and preserves my honor. |
161. | | My wealth is God, the Lord of Wealth, the Lord of the Universe, the Support of the earth: this is called the most excellent wealth.. |
